A National Quality Improvement Process for the Finnish Travel Industry.

A national quality improvement process for the travel industry was launched by the Finnish Tourist Board in 2001. There are now over 600 companies in QUALITY 1000 and fieldwork is intensifying - the goal being to include 1000 companies.

QUALITY 1000, the quality programme for tourism companies, offers tools for establishing continuous quality work, for the follow-up of this work, and for the systematic improvement of quality.
